Unlike “surviving well,” happiness is the road less traveled and therefore not easy to find on our own. We need one another. Feedback, compassionate listening, old knowledge re-framed, as well as new information, skill, and insight offered at the right moment help grow our consciousness, inviting the “winged joy,” happiness that is a heightened sense of existence into our lives. It is my mission to be “another” for you, providing a serene atmosphere of mutual respect as well as my expertise, as not to encourage you to follow my light, but to facilitate the discovery of your own.
Different people have different needs and means which is why the Los Angeles Center for Zen Psychology offers a variety of services. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact me. Click here.
It is my desire to help reduce suffering and promote happiness. May you be found by happiness in your action and your non-action always.
